Private one-on-one sessions at The Newtown Wellness Collective are collaborative, restorative, and tailored to each individual’s needs. A full 50-minute session addresses both lower and upper body; 25-minute sessions can be tailored to specific areas or an abbreviated full-body stretch.

Clients remain clothed and are guided through assisted stretches with clear communication, consent, and breath cues throughout, using straps, bolsters, and appropriate hands-on assistance.

Each session includes:

  • Initial assessment and intention setting

  • Guided PNF-assisted stretching sequences

  • Integration of breath work, somatic awareness and relaxation
