Private Yoga

A private yoga session with Kate offers a personalized, thoughtful approach to movement, integrating yogic tradition with a deep understanding of anatomy, joint mechanics, and neuromuscular function. Informed by PNF (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation), her teaching supports more efficient movement patterns, improved mobility, and enhanced communication between the nervous system and muscles.
